Adaptogen Herbal Tea

Reset is a reinvigorating adaptogenic herbal tea which helps to provide energy during times of stress on the body and mind.

The adaptogenic herb blend of Schisandra, Siberian ginseng, Tulsi, Liquorice and Avena Sativa root aim to reinvigorate, regenerate and energise the mind and body.

How to use: 

Blend 1 tsp per cup, with hot water

Enjoy with: Brew to drink hot or cold. Perfect on its own or add honey to sweeten

Store in a cool, dry place.
