Out of stock items 


At BLEND REMEDY we always endeavour to fulfil you orders. Due the rarity of some of our ingredients or in situations when an item is in high demand there may be a delay. We will notify you by email to see how you would like to proceed with your order. In this situation we are happy to send you the available items of your order with the remaining items to come as soon as they are back in stock (at no extra shipping cost). Please contact us at hi@blendremedy.com.au with any questions. 



Damaged or defective items 


In the unfortunate event that your order appears damaged from shipping, please contact us at hi@blendremedy.com.au.  Please include a photo of the damaged items. Go to our refund policy and flow the step by step process.

 

Change of mind

  1. If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
    • in saleable condition;
    • unused with all original packaging;
    • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
    • not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
    • the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Blend Remedy, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
