Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE:

We are still processing orders that ship to the U.S., Canada, France, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K.

+ Orders shipping to Australia and New Zealand  US, Canada, and UK may be delayed up to a week.

+ Orders shipping to US, Canada, and UK, France will likely see delays up to 3 weeks or longer.

We ship to the Australia as well as Canada, U.S., New Zealand, France, and the U.K. We are unable to ship to APO's. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International shipping rates are calculated by weight according to rates provided by Australia Post. If you would like to find out about international shipping options, or if your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@mytribetype.com. BLEND REMEDY is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions which may vary from country to country. The purchaser is responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

We ship exclusively with Australia Post with a standard delivery process time of 3-6 business days with Australia and 6+ days for orders shipped internationally. 

We will contact you via email with an order confirmation and tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How are shipping costs determined?

National and international shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code/destination.

Be aware that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Moon Juice has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
